Ahmad K. Shuja, is an accomplished and passionate Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business Process Management (BPM) & ITILv3 Expert consultant and practitioner who has helped his clients with envisioning, defining, implementing and institutionalizing these practices such that measurable business benefits can be realized. He has over 15 years of experience and has worked at some of the world-class firms including Citigroup Inc., Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Johnson, and Ernst & Young Inc. to name a few. Has a proven track record of enabling enterprises realize their business vision through an effective mgmt and innovative use of IT services and creation of business-aligned IT org. He has both been a hands-on architect as well as a mentor and manager. He is an expert in EA/BPM tools like Tibco, ARIS, Lombardi, and others as well as frameworks like TOGAF & Zachman. He has developed / led the development of tailored EA/BPM frameworks / methods / processes to enable his clients realize highly anticipated process enablement, asset re-use, optimal utilization and overall IT governance related benefits. Ahmad has established and managed EA functions / mentored architects at some of the most reputable companies globally. A renowned author and a technology mgmt expert who turns challenged low-performing IT orgs into cost-effective high-performing business partners through the institutionalization of a service-oriented customer-focused practices. He holds graduate degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Oxford University and University of Toronto.

Majid Iqbal is an advisor, author and expert on service-based operations, organization, and strategy. His ideas on developing and improving the value-content of business services, through systematic definition and management of customer assets and outcomes, have found favor in the strategic plans and tactical roadmaps of several enterprises. With advice and assistance on a range of issues such as operating models, organization structures, process capabilities, service blueprints, and effective measures for value, costs and risks, Majid helps clients gain confidence and control over commitments made to customers and markets spaces, through a well-managed portfolio of capabilities, services and initiatives. Majid has a knack for solving complex problems, especially those related to change, growth, and transformation. He is adept at uncovering hidden interactions, relationships and patterns, which often inhibit performance and affect outcomes. His approach often relies on cross-pollination of ideas and repurposing of knowledge and process assets. Majid is an author of the ITIL framework (v3) for IT service management; co-author of the ITIL Service Strategy volume. He served on the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC7 Study Group that formalized the ISO 20000 standard for IT Service Management. He also was a member of the team at Carnegie Mellon University that developed the eSourcing Capability Models (eSCM) for assessing ITO and BPO service providers. For several years, Majid taught in Carnegie Mellon's graduate and executive education programs, including the CIO Certificate Program. Majid has been invited to speak at events and programs in the United States, Japan, UK, Brazil, Sweden, Denmark, Mexico, Australia, and Portugal.
